Introducing the SP Consulting Executive Committee

SP Consulting has added a number of extraordinary clients to its roster over the last three months.  One of the most striking features of the most successful companies and organizations on this list is the quality of their people – smart, dedicated and passionate employees always seem to be the foundation of our most outstanding clients.

I am happy to report that at SP Consulting we practice what we preach.  We are truly blessed with a great team of committed and thoughtful team mates at every level of our organization.  In recognition of this critical pillar of our service offering and the need to continue to tap into the leadership skills of our talent base to also help chart the continued growth of our firm, we have created an Executive Committee to supplement our Managing Senior Partner group.

I am happy to announce that the following SP Senior Partners have agreed to dedicate a portion of their valuable time to this endeavor:

  • Irakli Alasania (Tbilisi, Georgia)
  • Ken Boughrum (Atlanta, Georgia)
  • Peter Craddick (New York, New York)
  • Samantha Edwards (Washington, D.C.)
  • Laura Giannatempo (New York, New York)
  • Pete Halpin (Washington, D.C.)
  • Brian Keeter (Auburn, Alabama)
  • Cynthia Lima (Washington, D.C.)
  • Cheryl Matheis (Washington, D.C.)
  • Adam Silva (Jacksonville, Florida)
  • Fabian Venter (San Francisco, California)

Unlike the role played by the Managing Senior Partners which is more operational in nature, this group will be focused on providing guidance on the longer term strategic and structural needs of the company.  For instance during our inaugural meeting, we conducted a comprehensive review of both our approach to new business development and our alignment around geographies vs practice areas.  As many of you know, we have made significant and important improvements in both these areas – and we are still in the process of rolling out those changes to the SP Consulting Network.

Again, I want to thank all of our partners and clients for your support and commitment to SP Consulting – we will always be
judged by the sum of our parts – and based on the quality partners and client roster we have assembled under our banner to date that’s a very good thing indeed.
