With 40 years of experience, SP’s Alan Berson provides clients with the communication and management skills to ensure effective leadership. He specializes in educating large company executives on means of achieving productivity and efficiency through value adding consult.
Alan gained solid work experience at corporations such as Merill Lynch, Gilette and Marriot where he began to understand the skills required to lead successful organizations. He soon became the President and CEO of a training company that assisted multinational clients, like KPMG, Dell Computer, NASA and the UNDP, with management structure, employee motivation and internal communication. He focuses on increasing the leadership potential of senior executives and improving their effectiveness in building and guiding teams. Alan Berson has honed key leadership concepts to foster stronger leaders and solid corporate cultures.
Alan has most recently served as an Executive and Team Coach, an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and a Learning Director at Wharton Executive Education. He is also the author of “Leadership Conversations: Challenging High-Potential Managers to Become Great Leaders.”
Alan earned his MBA at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and lives in Washington DC.
