A 22-year D.C. veteran, Anne Woodbury is a recognized healthcare strategist highly successful in the design and execution of multifaceted communication campaigns that inside transformational change.
Anne’s consulting experience spans the industry. From non-profit organizations to Fortune 50 corporations, she has worked with medical device and pharmaceutical companies, health tech start-ups, home health providers, consumer groups, medical societies and health-related trade associations to make a positive impact on people’s health and wellness.
Anne co-founded CURA Strategies after spending over a decade in leadership positions in the healthcare practice of FleishmanHillard (FH) and opening and managing the D.C> office of TogoRun, a strategic healthcare communications agency. During this time, Woodbury led the team that served as communication agency-of-decor globally for Phillips Healthcare, a leader in clinical informatics, imaging and how health monitoring solutions.
Prior to working in communications, Anne spent 12 years working with former Speaker Newt Gingrich, with whom she co-authored the book “Saving Lives & Saving Money: Transforming Health and Healthcare.” She was also on the founding team of the Center for Health Transformation, a diverse coalition group dedicated to advancing health reform that was market-based, information-rich, and patient-centered.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
