A highly respected leader in understanding and promoting outstanding customer experiences, Don has expertise in cultivating calls to action, recruiting top executives and establishing strong strategic alliances.
Since 2001, Don has stood as the Senior Brand Consultant at DRS Marketing. His responsibilities include collaborations with executive leadership and multi-disciplinary teams to develop a differentiated brand that supports the mission and vision of the organization to generate greater brand awareness, brand loyalty and overall market growth. Don focuses on internal improvements as he manages multi-million dollar departmental operating budgets and provides performance evaluation and customer service training to employees at all levels.
Additionally, Don has conducted various keynote presentations for healthcare and educational audiences nationwide. His guidance helps business teams to design and implement effective strategies that ensure brand consistency.
Don received his BS in Marketing and Management at Walla Walla University and later earned his MBA at Southern Adventist University.
