Maria Toshkova leads client relations and partnerships, business development, and strategic planning in her role as Senior Partner at SP Consulting. She works with Fortune 1000 companies, non-profit organizations, universities, government, and trade and membership associations and has over 10 years of experience helping design and implement strategies that have attracted funding and created new visibility for her clients in the U.S. and internationally.
On behalf of a leading health system in the U.S, Maria has been instrumental in the development of creative projects focused on improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. She has led major fundraising and outreach campaigns, working with U.S. Government agencies and private sector organizations, and has helped created unique public-private partnerships that have attracted multi-million dollar grants.
Maria has also worked with national healthcare professional associations and healthcare IT companies, including on partnerships focused on improving patient education and population outcomes in health.
Maria’s recent client engagements include Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health System and JH International, Liberate Health, Arizona State University, the Association of American Physician Assistants, the United Nations Foundation, Purdue University, the Friends of the Global Fund Africa, and others.
Maria earned her Masters in Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh and her BA at Marshall University.
