Since its inception 40 years ago, Strategic Partnerships has provided a full suite of services for one of the nation’s most successful youth education and employment organizations, Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG). JAG focuses on some of the most challenged young people in the nation, helping them reach their full potential in the workforce.
Strategic Partnerships has provided JAG with a wide range of leadership and management services, including financial and organizational management and Board support.
With our guidance, and leveraging our strong relationships, JAG has secured 12 governors to serve on their national non-profit Board of Directors – the largest number of governors serving on any Board in the nation.
RESULTS INCLUDE:
- 90% + graduation rates for 40 years in a row
- More than doubling the rate that JAG students secure full-time employment, compared to all 18- to 20-year-olds, not just the population the organization serves
- The full-time employment rate for JAG African American students reaches 290%, as compared to their non-JAG counterparts
- Nearly doubling the rate of enrollment in higher education for our students, as compared to their counterparts not in JAG
